Getting started:Do I need to have done this before? Absolutely not! As the tour leader you are our partner when it comes to advising us as to what your particular group would be interested in, we handle the rest. Hotel accommodations, buses and drivers, licensed qualified guides, and everything else associated with the tour we put together and then provide to you for final approval.
When to come?In addition to weather concerns, there are high and low seasons for hotels and sights in Israel. These dates change from year to year but tend to stay with the low season being Nov. 15 - Feb. 28. We strongly recommend that you pick a date at least six months in advance.
How long do we need to be in Israel?You can Tailor Make your tour for as long, or as short, as works for your needs. We generally recommend at least a week.
What is your audience?We will, of course, Tailor Make the tour to their specifications but first we need to know what interests them. If there are any with handicaps or special needs, we need to know. It is not an issue but something that might affect the choice of sites we offer. Age can also be a factor, what a church youth group would enjoy would most likely not be the same as the hoped for Tailor Made tour for the local synagogue's sisterhood.
Want to bring your skydiving club to Israel? No problem, we can get the parachutes.
How many do you plan on bringing?This not only affects the price, in many cases the higher the number of passengers the lower overall per-person rate, but it could also provide you with a free trip. To start the process we do not need a number written in stone, just a good "guest mate" on your part to get the process going. No group is too large.
