Tailor Made Tours Israel acts as independent contractor on behalf of the customer. Our role in your travel is to coordinate and facilitate the various travel services you have requested, all of which are provided by persons operating independently of us and under their own professional standards and according to their own rules and regulations. All exchange orders, subject to the terms and conditions under which such means of transportation, accommodations, and other services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such documents shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions. Tailor Made Israel does not own nor operate the hotels, motor coaches, airlines, or any other service providers which compose their tours, and will not be held responsible for changes and/or cancellations for any reason by the above suppliers.

A) Tailor Made Tours Israel has no control over the manner in which the independent service provider provides its services to the Tour Participant, we shall not be in any way liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, costs incurred or irregularity arising from or related to the actions of any providers of transportation, food or housing accommodation or other tour services on your trip and their proprietors, personnel, servant or any other person otherwise in connection therewith unless same is the result of our negligence and arises from an immediate and direct action taken by us.

B) Tailor Made Tours Israel shall not be held responsible for potential risks and hazards associated with travel to Israel, where injury, delay, or unanticipated events may occur. Tailor Made Israel shall not assume responsibility for standards of quality, hygiene, political stability, cuisine, sanitation facilities, cleanliness, telecommunications facilities, methods of conducting business, emergency medical evacuation, treatment, or medical services found while on tour. Travel may entail risks including but not limited to the hazards of traveling in politically unstable areas, civil disturbances, criminal activity, war, and arbitrary changes mandated by government authorities or private concerns. It is the responsibility of the passenger(s) to check with the U.S. State Department, Consular Information, http://travel.state.gov/travel/warnings.html for any current advisories ad updates to the destinations on their itinerary. Tailor Made Israel shall be held harmless from any and all liability in connection with the foregoing.

C) Tailor Made Tours Israel cannot accept responsibility for loss or expense due to delay or changes in transportation schedule or other causes. Tailor Made Israel shall not be held responsible for potential loss of services due to inclement weather conditions.

E) Tailor Made Tours Israel does not assume responsibility for airlines, or hotels overbooking, cancellations, or delays.

Tailor Made Tours Israel is  not responsible for any delay, damages, costs, and injury sustained by a tour participant arising from, caused by, or related to, any circumstances of Force Majeure, including without limitation, fire, war, act of God, weather conditions, civil unrest, acts of criminality or terrorism, strike, governmental action, or any other circumstances beyond our control. When same arises, we will use our efforts or ask our service and accommodation providers to use their efforts to make necessary accommodation with respect to same, as may be reasonable under the circumstances.

Tailor Made Tours Israel reserves the right to withdraw any tour or change any touring services or accommodations and to make such alterations as may be found desirable for the proper carrying out of the tours. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable in our or our supplier’s discretion to alter the arrangements or the itineraries for the tour participant’s comfort, welfare or safety, such alternations can be made without penalty to us or the service provider.

It is agreed between Tailor Made Tours Israel and the  tour participant that all disputes and matters between us of whatever nature arising under, in connection with or incident to the tour participant’s travel shall be litigated, if necessary, in and before a court located within Israel , to the exclusion of the courts of any city, state or country. The issuance and acceptance by the tour participant of vouchers documents in connection with a tour is considered acceptance by the tour participant of this condition.

Tailor Made Tours Israel cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants and accompanying persons, either during or indirectly arising from the Tours to in Israel. 

We recommend that all participants take out personal travel and health insurance for the trip.
